Just a word of caution, just purchased the FR and they compaired to £3.49 at morries, also the sandwich thins are now £1.30 at Morries (£1 at T's) so no longer any use with a burger shop, also watch the blue dragon sauces not all types compare, black bean is o.k., but sweet chilli and garlic came back as N/A

Very easy - you do it as soon as you receive your free one, takes a couple of seconds

Morrisons def sell choc and strawberry, i got some today as my kids love them.
