I don't think there are any cheap socks at the minute. I think people were just reminiscing about the 4p socks that we got a while back.

Popped into Toscas first thing after dropping DD1 at college. Picked up several things which I hoped would be 1p but no scanners in our store.

Got to SS till. First item was a yellow stickered packet of Xmas tags at 5p. Too light so had to call CA over. Next item screen cover - 1p. I hadn't noticed CA hovering but she came back and asked what was that screen cover for 1p? I wasn't too bothered as it was stickered anyway. Chatted to her about my DD's broken screen.
Off she went but must have been keeping an eye on me as when I put the ES amerettos in my bag she reappeared and asked what were the chocs for 1p and STARTED RUMMAGING IN MY BAG :eek: Thought oh no this is it but she was just interested.
Off she went again, then I had two (slightly) reduced chewing gums which again were too light and she had to pop over again :eek: Then she said oh I'll stay here now in case you need me again!!! Scanned some normal shopping hoping she would be needed elsewhere and thankfully she was. Scanned the Eco torch - 1p. Finally scanned the Lindt Caramels - 1p. She came back AGAIN :eek: ans said "was that the Lindt Caramels?" "Yes" I admitted. Then she said " Oh, I got loads of them yesterday - I only find out what's 1p by looking at everyone's shopping!! "Phew!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

I bought one classic and one meaty the other day as a test ( neither showed as available in A on msm when i bought)

Both appeared on apg, multi showed £2.50v£2 each pack

Is anyone else doing the Alba trial for the hair intensive treatment spray (spray bottle A on one side of your hair, bottle B on the other)? Does anyone notice any difference in the two???! Because I sure don't!!! Both seems exactly the same!
