  • I was planning to go out. I've never done an APG shop before (got an APG voucher, but just on a normal shop), was getting quite excited about it all - done my homework and everything. Then someone who was coming round earlier but didn't now has, so I'm in for the evening.

No room in the freezer, so jars and tins for me.
I had the garlic stuffed mushrooms earlier - well yummy:)

I had the M7S cheese ravioli tonight - not bad but wouldn't rave about it. OH had the pasta prima verde which he said was delish :)

I got told off once for cooking on a Trangia portable stove in a hotel room.:o But didn't get asked to leave. So we just went outside and used it in the car park. This was in Iceland, though (the country not the freezer outlet) - very tolerant people:)

I have got a sandwich toaster here and actifry although only used actifry for warming stew:rotfl::rotfl: when i broke their microwave:eek::eek:

Thanks for the shopping list Frequent and all the others who have posted theirs. Much appreciated.

I wasn't impressed with the 4 cheese ravioli at first (sauce too runny, complained, got a refund voucher), got it again and this time left it in the oven too long (got distracted, so 25mins rather than 15mins) but that made it taste a lot better IMO. Also nice with a sprinkling of cheese over the top when it's finished cooking, then leave for 2-3 mins to melt.
Haven't tried the pasta primavera, will keep an eye out for this - thanks:T
