Just back from T's had to pick up "normal" stuff when spotted Q Streets 75g scanning at 0.01p. Picked up whole tray of 24 and went thru self scan. Saw one of my fav SAs and told her where I to find them - so she could avail of some in her break. She warned me that there is a major pricing issue going on and staff have been told that they will on the carpet if they let any 1p items go thru with even more severe consequences for staff found buying
    any.

So Scamps maybe worth going thru SS a few times. Also suggests that there are many more items to be found - happy hunting.:T

Bargain!! The rest of us are paying a whole penny :p

No need to, you asked a question I answered it and now you have said where you draw the line.

Fair enough. I think I was wondering what your thoughts were on it.

Anyway, I seem to think it was you who shared a currys 20.00 glitch a couple months ago? If so, thanks - I've just had a delish toastie using my 3 in 1 panini press off the back of that! :T glitching is addictive but at times confusing - this forum is amazing but then I find myself disappointed by those who have to be rude and upset others :( just no need. Oh well, onwards and upwards!! :T

Hi chrisv, I don't remember the 15.00 cap. What is that? Is it what we aim to keep the apg under? I tend to agree that 48.00 is a bit hair raising - I watched those getting the snakes a while back and thought theirs were big at the time!

But confusing advice is only what led to today's result (which I am still happy with :j) and you also advised to return ariel if not 3.00 on receipt :o

Shows £5.20 on A.com and MSM, but it's £3 instore.

To work tomorrow, prices will have to stay at £5.20 on MSM and £3 instore.

You could do a C/C or delivery for tomorrow, but not accept if anything changes?

As Dotty said, it depends where you draw the line.

I don't think I have ever, or will ever see Chrisv suggest that you should order things just to refuse them.

My line is that I would never order anything with the sole intention of refusing it for an apg. Ordering a £50 toothbrush that you have no intention of keeping and expecting a £27.50 apg is downright dodgy to say the least!!

Glitching is a game. You will lose a few, but win a hell of a lot more. Play by the rules and you and the rest of us will be coining it in for a long time to come..:):)

Right, let's move on and not draw attention. I'm going for now, but will see you again on here probably on Thursday night (no visit to M tomorrow or anything, but taken away from home:rotfl: for much of the evening). I may be back in an hour or two here possibly to post, perhaps over 5 posts:eek: or more, the entire Avs T list that I have. If I feel like/if I get time etc.

    Good evening for now!!:):)

That is so true. It is a space where all kinds of people, who would never meet in real life, can come and pass on their money-saving advice and tips, have a bit of a moan or a rant, share their personal news of good times and bad (the hatches, matches and despatches), find a shoulder to cry on or a hand to hold, send hugs and consolation to those who need them, to talk about anything they want from the meaning of life to 'neither nowt not summat', or (in my case) just generally t1t about a bit.:)

(there, that's my submission to 'What this thread means to me')

    Welcome in Claire

WARNING this thread is so very addictive, but filled with lovely people who are always there when life goes t*ts up.
You will never manage to do guilt free shopping again.
