I tend to only get about 4 or 5 hours, this has been for the paast 9 months.

I fall asleep fine then wake up around 1.30, and can't get back to sleep. If i stay up till 1.30 aand go to sleep then i wake up around 4.30!

    Just can't seem to win!
Oh my goodness I'm just the same, although lately needed to go to bed at about 9
but.. 2 hours later .. up again!!
3 hours later back to bed... can't get to sleep.. up again.. next day exhausted! Know all the logical things to do & have tried them.. but...

Never mind, might start posting at silly o'clock!
