i have wrote to tell my credit card people that stepchange from 1st feb will be taking a payment from us so all creditors will be payed somthing in feb.at the end of december i did ring my credit card people to tell them we were in contact with stepchange and in the process of setting up a budget plan.stepchange did say by email that they have contacted all creditors informing them about the dmp.i just thought if i sent them a letter confirming to them about the dmp it shows that i have been actively trying to sort out the debt problem just hope ive done right thing .:money:
