Wilkinsons Bag for Life replacements

Hi,
Not sure which board to use but: In 1998 I bought some Wilkinson's 'Bag for life' shopping bags. OK - so they haven't quite seen me out but they are now past their useful life.
At the time I bought them, there was a sign saying Wilkos would replace them for free when they were worn out and to be fair after 15 years of weekly use for the family supermarket shop means I have had my money's worth BUT - I wondered if anyone has successfully had their old ones replaced by Wilkos?

If it's a plastic bag that was like 5 p or 10 p that should be exchanged for a new bag , but if it's the proper shopping bags that sell for 50 p to more , then no , those ones are not exchangeable and don't come under the bag for life rulesThe original janiebaby0

Are they the squarish green bags with a flat bottom and stand up by themselves? Mine are starting to go also. The best purchase I have made - much better than ordinary plastic bags and only need a few compared to the hundreds of carrier bags I seem to use for my weekly shop.
Would be good it they would exchange.Ditch 100 in January Challenge 100/100

I've always found Wilko CS to be very good - why don't you give them a call and see what they say? Free to call too
