8 The winner will receive two return economy class flights with an airline as arranged by Travelbag Limited from a London airport (to be designated by Travelbag Limited following consultation with the winner, and taking into account winner's requested dates and flight availability) to Male airport, and six nights' accommodation for two people in a Deluxe Beach Villa at Iru Fushi resort, on a half board basis including the resort's "dine around" offer (at any participating restaurants at the resort), but excluding all beverages. Transfers to and from the resort and Male airport are included but the prize does not include transfers to and from the London airport. Please note: the winner may request flights from a regional UK (non-London) airport but this may result in an additional cost payable by the winner.
9 If the accompanying guest of the winner is aged under 18, the winner must be that person's parent or legal guardian, or have written permission from that person's parent or legal guardian, which GNM or its agents may ask to see at any time.
10 The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. It must be taken and completed by 31 December 2014. The following blackout dates apply, over or during which the prize cannot be taken: 1 to 28 February 2014; 10 to 30 April 2014; 18 October 2014 to 5 November 2014; 10 to 31 December 2014; and UK government school holidays. Flights and accommodation must be booked in advance through Travelbag Limited according to the instructions provided by GNM. Flights cannot be changed once the booking has been made, and are non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11 The prize includes airline and hotel taxes but does not include costs of travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, other meals and drinks, ground transportation (except for the transfers stipulated above), other taxes, spending money or personal costs, all of which are the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. GNM accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with taking the prize that are not expressly included in the prize.
12 The winner and his/her guest must ensure that they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance and any relevant vaccinations at the time of travel. GNM accepts no responsibility if the winner and/or guest are unable to travel due to insufficient documentation. The winner and his/her guest shall be responsible for complying with local laws, health or government requirements and for checking these prior to travel. The normal conditions of travel of the airline selected will apply and can be provided to the winner on request.
13 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
