Oc Health say I'm unfit to work

Just looking for an answer to what can I do as my employer is saying I'm unfit to work. As I had an appointment with an occupational health doctor a couple of days ago and he has said that I am unfit to work in my current job (warehouse work). He has said that I would be fit to work if my employer stick me in an office just sat down as this shouldn't affect me as much. But I don't think my employer will do this. I have been at the company for six and a half years and I believe that my injury was caused by the company. Just wondering where I stand legally as I'm stressing as I've only got one wage coming into the household and I've got a wife to support as well. Best regards and thanks in advance. Sorry if its probably sited in the wrong section.

  • Even if I've already had three occasions of sickness in the last ten months. My employer only pays one or two occasions. I really want to work like.

You may also be able to make a claim against the company if their negligence caused your injuries.
