    I was going to give up, tried three different laptops/I Pads, then realised it was the site! That'll teach me not to read the MSE forums for a couple of days.

    The hot water disc is a disc you put into the machine and it dispenses just hot water. Think you can set it to automatically do just one cup, or use a manual setting to produce as much/little boiling water as you want :)

    It's on the accessories page. It basically does 'instant' hot water for other drinks etc, instead of boiling a kettle. Turns your tassimo into a kettle!!
