Help with T&C

I won a competition back in October (Wont mention the company) but they are a big reputable travel company and it was for flights and car hire.

After a few emails went back and forward they contacted me to book the flights for the holiday and advised me that someone would call me back to book the car hire....however I am still waiting for this.

I have contacted the company a few times one time spending over an hour on the phone with them being passed between various departments as no one knew what to do.

I contacted the person by email who first advised me of the win and she emailed back to say they were in the process of booking it and she would contact me once it was done that was right at the start of November and still not heard anything back. I emailed them just before Christmas...no response then just after New Year and no response. I have checked my account online and nothing has been booked. I wrote a letter to head office just incase the person has left and the emails are not being delivered and nothing has come back.

I don't know what I should do next really...any ideas? As the trip is fast approaching in a few weeks.
