Tax underpayment mix-up??

Hi, an anyone help me?
I've received a letter stating I owe £360 of underpaid tax for period up to April 2013. I was employed from April 2012-October 2012, then receiving ESA until April 2013. During this time, I received a tax rebate cheque of £360. I presume it is this they are referring to, but they sent it to me!!
I'm very confused as to what to do. I've been offered a part time job to start next week, but would this mean they will just take all I earn towards this amount?
It all seems like a huge error on their part!
