Is My Broker Mad????

3 - 4 weeks to offer? Really? Can't you submit direct to lender?
Andy.
I was actually being ironic, it's a feasable way to ensure that you can have the product you want now, but not forgo the shelf life of the mortgage offer. After all once the product is booked either by payuing the fee or submission of the full application form, the rate is yours (unless you change the application).
As long as the urine is not extracted I think 3-4 weeks application process is quite reasonable, this would mean that given an offer shelf life of 3 months the OP would still be able to take the product now and complete in September.0 -
