IP and OR agreed living costs

I wonder if anyone might know if when costs of living of the bankrupt and family have been agreed by the OR and no IPA put in place, whether that decision can be overturned or altered by the IP as trustee further down the line.

thankyou

i think once you and the OR have agreed then its final, and would only change if your income changed (such as a pay rise etc).
  • Thanks Adpod.

Do I need to notify if my earnings rise, but are still under the amount needed for a 50% contribution to my household expenses that were agreed in OR meeting?

I did clarify with the OR that my earnings were variable and not a set monthly amount. They didn't seem very keen to know about the minutiae, only if they rose above the 50% of expenses.

Just approaching the end of my term and sitting here every day expecting a last minute demand for an IPA or something. Starting to do my head in.

There is nothing stopping them reassessing at any stage; but if they did when nothing has actually changed and they tried for an IPA I think I would challenge that and query why they were changing their minds and moving the goal posts in such a convenient way.

Don't honestly here a many last minute about turns like that, so I would not stress too much.

I think it's just a cast of 'so near yet so far'.... I'm a natural pessimist at heart, so I'm nearing the home run with my heart in my mouth.
They get to sell my home, so maybe the excitement of that is enough for them :)
