• The competition is open to UK only residents aged 18 or over.
• The competition closes on the 8 February 2014 at 11:59pm.
• Flights only available from a London airport.
• The winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to Switzerland. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. Prize is subject to availability.
• Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.
• Either the winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit/debit card with available funds of at least £250 in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
• Geneva tour available from May to October only. Should the winner choose to travel outside of these dates, an alternative experience will be offered.
• Travel insurance covering the winner and their companion for the duration of the trip to Switzerland subject to the restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover where they would not be covered by this insurance including without limitation for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 74 years or over.
• Prize valid for 12 months from receipt of winner notification, excluding Christmas and New Year, Easter, UK Bank Holidays and Swiss Bank Holidays.
• The prize excludes: ground transfers in the UK; additional meals and drinks that are not included in the prize; additional excursions; attractions; additional treatments; gratuities; personal expenses; visas and vaccinations where required; and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
• One winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries and will be contacted via email.
• The winner will have one week to respond to notification they have won. Should no response be received, another winner may be selected.
