    Yes quoted identical rates to you.
    However todays's rates have changed from a week ago by 10p mostly upwards, but some have gone down and fee payable increasing?

    I was told 3.29% on thurs Saturday 3.39% kicking myself tbh im hoping I phone again and its dropped. how often you rang them up ?.

    Why not try the nationwide one at 3.19% ?
  • when you add in the exit fees set up costs it outweighs switching lenders at the moment ive checked.
  • paperwork's arrived quick they don't mess about sending out do they should we sign or wait?.

    Would you be happy paying those monthly payments for the next 5 years, secure in the knowledge that it won't change for that period? If so do it, if not then don't. Once you sign you have to accept that's the rate *you* got and not worry about it for the next few years otherwise you'll drive yourself nuts.
  • well my main purpose was to reduce the years we moved house 7 years ago increasing the term to 30 years and then what happened the financial crash oh if only I could turn the clock back our wages plummeted as did the staff but 7 years on we have now reduced the terms to 14 so not bad. might just check rates end of week to see if any fluctuation .
