Looking for a bog standard 2 year fixed, Cap & Int with no fancy features. It is a joint application. I am willing to pay an up front fee (say ~£500) if the cost is lower over the team of the deal.
One deal I have found is:
Nationwide Building Society
Fixed for 2 yrs Option A Flexible Remtg (Product code: 8964)
A fixed rate of 6.08%, for 2 years.
£499 fee (added to mortgage)
So that 922.88 a month.

Is this a good deal? I know the rates are changing fast at the moment (my previous best deal has already vanished!) and I just want to check this seems reasonable before I dive in.
Thanks.

Everyones 'best' is different based on their circumstance. You should go and see a whole of market broker and see what they can suggest.0
