Hi everyone
Just looking for some help please, does anyone know how much it cost per week to run an oil aga one that does not heat water or radiators just aga on its own
Hoping to install one and I'm sure dry agas (non boilers) must be cheaper to run? Would love to hear from anyone who has one
All answers appreciated

Even if I've asked in the wrong forum could someone point me in the right direction
Thanks0 -
Well, it will depend on oil costs.
These are so variable that its impossible to say.
I 'be had a couple of ranges not running rads Nd things like which direction the wind blew (presumably draw on the flue) from also impacted on how much oil they chomped through.0 -
Looking at the AGA site they estimate 40 litres of oil a week - around 2000litres a year
Oil prices go up and down. This year so far prices are "low" - only around 55ppl, I have in the past two years paid as much as 66ppl
7 years ago I was paying around the 30ppl
