Mortgage Flexibility - Northern Rock

I currently have a Northern Rock mortgage and my fixed rate is due to end in the next few months.
Northern Rock mortgages all seem to include flexibility about being able to making unlimited overpayments, underpayments by the value of my overpayments, borrow back the money I have overpaid and take payment holidays when needed.
I currently use my mortgage like a savings account investing what I can afford knowing I can borrow this back at a later date.
Are their any other mortgage companies that offer this level of flexibility? I am keen to shop around but everyone I have looked at either limit the overpayments or don't allow you to borrow them back.
Thank You!
