Entry Conditions
a) Entry to this prize draw can be made between 20 January 2014 and 11.59pm on 28 February 2014 online at www.westfield.com/london and www.westfield.com/stratfordcity. Completion and submission of the entry form online constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
b) Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.
c) All entries must be received by 11.59pm GMT on 28 February 2014. Westfield Shoppingtowns Limited (“Westfield”) cannot accept any liability for any entries which are late, lost, incomplete or rendered unrecognisable.
d) All entrants must be aged eighteen or over and have a UK postal address. Employees of Westfield and Pho Holdings Limited (“Pho”), their families, dependants and agents and any other person connected with the prize draw may not enter.
e) Westfield reserves the right to refuse to accept any entry and/or to select a winning entry at Westfield’s absolute discretion. Entries are subject to verification. Incomplete, bulk, automated and third party entries will be disqualified.
f) Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will automatically render a prize draw entry void. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.

Prize
a) The first entry selected by a Westfield judging panel at random after the prize draw has closed will win two economy class return flights from London to Vietnam (either Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi). The two flights must be taken simultaneously. Flights are ATOL protected and must be booked with Pho’s designated travel agent. Details of how to book will be provided to the winner.
Flights are subject to availability, must be booked 30 days in advance of departure and there are certain periods when outbound departure is not possible. Travel is not permitted between: 11-27 April 2014, 23-31 May 2014, 21 July – 2 September 2014, 19 December 2014 – 5 January 2015, and 15 February – 23 February 2015.
Both outbound and inbound flights must be taken by 28 February 2015. All winners must hold a valid UK passport.
No expenses incurred in connection with the prize draw will be paid other than as set out in these terms and conditions. The prize winner and guest are responsible for acquiring and paying for their visa to enter Vietnam. Visas are date specific and should be organised after the flight is confirmed. No liability is accepted if the winner cannot travel because of insufficient or incorrect documentation.
The prize winner is responsible for all other costs incurred including but not limited to: airport taxes, travel to and from all airports, spending money, cost of all food and drink, cost of all accommodation and internal travel, travel insurance including medical insurance and the cost of any emergency. Pho and Westfield are not liable for any costs with regard to this prize in any way other than the cost of the flight.
b) The selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
c) There are no cash alternatives: the prize must be accepted as offered, is non transferable and subject to availability. Westfield reserves the right to substitute a prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances and/or withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.


Notification
a) The winner(s) will be notified by Westfield on or around 10 March 2014. If a winner does not respond within any period specified in the notification or is not available, Westfield reserves the right to select an alternative entrant to receive the prize.
b) The name and county/town of the winner will be available for one month after the prize draw closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the promoter Westfield Shoppingtowns Limited, Legal Department, 6th Floor, MidCity Place, 71 High Holborn, London WC1V 6EA.

Publicity
The winner agrees to participate in any and all advertising, promotion or other commercial activities relating to the prize draw and consents and agrees that their photograph, image, likeness and voice may be used by Westfield and Pho in all related promotional activity without any rights of prior approval or inspection.

Data Protection
By submitting an entry, entrants are sending their personal information to Westfield who will at all times process an entrant’s personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and applicable laws. All information collected will be treated in accordance with Westfield’s Privacy Policy, available at http://uk.westfield.com/uk/help/privacy-policy.
