Will Nationwide give me a Save to Buy ISA or Savings account?

Anyone got any insight as to whether Nationwide would give me a Save to Buy ISA account? http://www.nationwide.co.uk/savings/cash_isa/savetobuyisa/introduction.htm
I'm nearly 3 years discharged and recently started saving for mortgage in 2016 (plan to apply when the BR falls off my credit report in early 2016).
The idea behind the Save to Buy it is that its a step towards them giving you a mortgage with a 5% deposit if you've been saving with them for at least 6 months, etc. As it states, there is no guarantee of a mortgage, but it seems like a good way to save and I'm thinking it may (together with a clean credit report in 2016) put me in a better postion to get a mortgage off them.

Thoughts? .. and is there any reason they are likely to decline me?

Okay, so I'm now inclined towards getting the Save to Buy Saving account (instead of ISA) with Nationwide as I would only be able to put in approx £5k annually with a cash ISA.

Has anyone been able to get a Nationwide savings account after being discharged?
