Does anyone else collect Nintendo Stars?

I've just purchased a blue 3DSXL charging cradle for 4500 stars.....they've just become available in the catalogue in a variety of colours. I also have the Mario notepad which is actually really high quality.....would make a nice wee pressie.

Also was wondering if anyone has any duplicate or unwanted stars codes?

I have unused codes for New Art Academy (3DS) which are worth 250 points and would happily swap for any other code of the same value (as long as I don't have it already).

I did have quite a few - unfortunately Nintedo clear any unused balances down from time to time and they all got wiped :-(

I'm not sure i'm going to bother again - if I do I will only register the codes when I know I have enough to qualify for what I want and use them straight away.

This is the way a lot of people do it I think.

Every now and again something interesting pops up in the shop. The charging cradle will be great for me as I find it a bit fiddly charging by the AC adaptor (due to my natural clumsiness!).

No normal 3DS charging cradles?

I've got loads of stars and more to add but nothing of interest atm. According to my history on there I got a mario DS game holder - certainly don't remember that.

Tbh, the only useful thing on there I've seen is wii points if you buy a lot of stuff off the wii store. I got 800 points via the stars thing to get a rpg from the virtual console. Nothing else on the VC interests me though.

I did get some AR cards once and sell them on ebay. But they stopped the AR cards now. Shame, as I now have the games they did them for.

OK, I've got spare codes for:

Zelda: Link Between Worlds (3DS)
Mario World 3D (3DS)
Street Fighter (3DS)
New Art Academy (3DS)

They are all worth 250 stars each. Anyone got any to swap?

Hi there,

I'm hoping that someone with 2 3DS XL systems will be able to help me out here?

I've already registered a 3DS XL, but I wish to register another.

I've done some research and looked at Club Nintendo which seems to suggest I can't have 2 different 3DS XL linked to the same Network ID. My CN account also tells me I can register the new system but I won't get points for it. Seems a shame, but there you go. I know I can't link my Network ID to more than one machine, because of download rules etc.

It all seems a bit complex to me.

Is the best thing to do to set up another registration? Perhaps use another member of my family name for the 2nd 3DS XL? It seems a shame to lose the points. However, it would be great to have them on my current CN account as I'm not far off a charging cradle ( a nice shiny yellow one which would look great!).

I've read in America they have family accounts where all systems can be linked into one account for sharing stars. Wish Nintendo offered that here.

Has anyone registered a 2nd 3DS XL under their existing CN user name here in UK and got points? All help is appreciated.

Just to add on that I notice all the charging cradles have been claimed from the Club Nintendo website. Nice one! No replies to my request for help, but plenty of people claiming the cradles. :rotfl:
