Hi
I live in an apartment. I pay rent, service charge and ground rent.
I am a sole trader.
I think I canNOT claim on the rent. However, can I claim anything on the service charge or ground rent?

Why do you think you may be able to claim anything? Certainly from what you have said there is no claim. The only thing that is constant is change.0

You may be able to claim something as you are self employed, if you work from home.
