Has anyone bought a kitchen from 'Stil Haus Kitchens' or 'Kitchen Design Lancashire'? I'd be grateful for any feedback.

They're both part of Vance Miller's group of websites. It seems he has 100's. There used to be a large thread in the vents & warning section but it was recently removed after a sustained spamming attack, presumably by somebody in his employ.

Just search the web for Vance Miller Stilhaus.

Oh flip (or words to that effect) ... I've very stupidly just paid £100 deposit to these cowboys. I did do a search on MSE and Google prior to the kitchen planner coming but only found good reviews. Obviously this company is clever enough to make sure the bad stuff is well hidden.

The kitchen planner appeared so genuine and I was stupid enough to get sucked in. However, after he left I began to have doubts, hence my question. I am SO grateful to you both for your replies. If anyone has any tips for getting my deposit back (although I won't be holding my breath) I'd be grateful for that too. I hope that at least I won't lose more than £100.

So much for the claim sometimes made by them that you don't pay a penny until you're happy.




If you do decide to go through with the order I suggest when the panels are delivered you check that everything is present & correct before parting with any more cash. Count every panel.

History suggests you're likely to have pieces missing with as much chance of getting them as you have of getting your £100 back.
