mandatory reconsideration

Anyone have any idea how long these take to make a decision. put the mandatory reconsideration forms in on the 3rd Jan. Also if sanction is overturned is back pay paid into your account same day or does it take the normal three working days.

took it jc by hand. had a letter last week (received on 16th Jan but letter dated 9th Jan) saying no jsa for Four weeks and could only appeal after mandatory reconsideration decision.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
