I've posted before that I'm on a fixed term contract, ending end of August 2014, and I'd like to see it out. Today I've seen an advert for a permanent job I quite like the look of. Would you apply anyway and see what happens? After all, I might not even get anywhere in the recruitment process.
On the one hand I think it would be good to start getting my name out there in relation to similar roles/organisations, however, I don't want to appear as a time-waster and I would seriously consider going for it if I was successful.
