I don't watch it, but after looking on t'internet I would say 7, as series 8 isn't out until September this year series 8

I would say its 3, CSI las vegas, CSI New York & CSI Miami

I agree with megazoid. Is the original Las Vegas? I thought i was known as CSI Crime Scene Investigation, and there were the two spin offs New York and Miami.

yeah the first is Las vegas called C.S.I. I just put in the Las Vegas bit to try and demonstrate the 3 different series lol, as they only wanted a number i didn't think it mattered

Yep, the definate answer is 3 different series.
Csi LV is on Season 7 at the moment, but the question doesn't ask for that. So I'm just going with the 3.
