Startling, profound and universal, The Black Swan will change the way you look at the world. For Nassim Nicholas Taleb, bestselling author of Fooled by Randomness, Black Swans underlie almost everything about our world, from the rise of religions, to events in our own personal lives.
Question:
Are swans protected from being eaten by the Queen?
Answer:
No:D

Do they mean that they are protected from being eaten by the Queen, or that the Queen protects them from being eaten (by someone else)

I take it to mean "Is the queen allowed to eat swans?". I think she is allowed to eat swans as all swans belong to the Queen. No-one except the queen is allowed to eat swans.
Therefore swans are not protected from being eaten by the queen

An artist has risked the wrath of monarchists - not to mention breaking the law by eating swan - a privilege only legally available to the Queen.0
