Chasing a prize

Options
Back in the middle of October I had a WEM telling me that I had won an identitydoll which would be made to my specification, over the next 2/3 days I corresponded with the maker, on the 18th October I recieved and email from her saying she would start making it on the Monday. Since then despite me chasing her numerous times and then contacting Essexmums who I won with and asking them to chase it, no one has come back to me with an explanation even an apology, I am really not that good at complaining but I wanted to give this to a hospice that my husband and I support for a sale they were having before Christmas. I last chased it with Essexmums on the 10th of this month and the responce was that they had not had an answer from the lady making it and would try again. Nothing since ~ any ideas where I go from here, I know its only a doll but it would make a nice gift for the hospice either to keep or to raffle! Thank you

I would email EssexMums and the dollmaker, stating that if you don't receive your doll, you will be contacting the IPM (http://www.theipm.org.uk). From what I've read elsewhere on the board, the mere mention of them will usually get promoters to hand over the prizes...
