Mobile Phone Charges

Hi,
I am new to the forum but have used MSE for reclaiming my PPI successfully. I have a question regarding mobile phone line rental charges, I have always paid my bills by direct debit having recently changed banks the DD was not charged as the bank didnt change correctly so I received a letter from EE/Tmobile regading an outstanding bill. Upon investigation I found I had been paying for my late fathers mobile phone line rental in with mine for the past 11 years?!! I have written to them to re-claim all the monthly renatl charges as I know I had called them when my father passed away and cancelled everything. Has anyone else had this or does anyone know if I will get all the charges back?:(

are you saying you have not looked at your mobile phone bill for 11 years? as it will surely be detailed on there.
anyway, your best bet is to write a polite letter to tmobile explaining the situation, you would be reliant on them refunding it as a gesture of goodwill as they will have no obligation to.0 -
