I need a few of these at the moment: how much do they cost? Is there any particular institution that is cheaper than others?

The last two I had done were done by my bank and by Nationwide, both free of charge. The Nationwide one was about a month ago, the bank maybe 6 months or so ago. Worth a try with your own bank?0

Hi, Ed,
TBH, I would guess that it probably does. I went to my local branches, where the staff know me.0 -
If you have an family IFA, they will usually do them free of charge due to existing relationship.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

It depends what you want the copies for.
My bank will only certify copies for our own use not to be sent to a third party.0
