Should I reduce overdraft or keep it once paid off?

Remove it completely, getting an overdraft is the worst thing I ever did!
If your desperate for the money banks will provide you with an overdraft usually by the next working day0 -
Unless you are 100% confident in your monthly budgeting capabilites keep hold of the overdraft facility at a smallish figure you are happy with. You don't have to use it but anybody can slip up and make a mistake in their accounting which puts them in the red for a few days, and if so the costs of an unauthorised overdraft will be much higher than if you have the overdraft facility in place.0
