I got my repayment letter from M&S today, and have written them back offering half of the final payment. I really hope that they accept.

    When you say repayment letter have been been making any payments against your debt?

    Yes, I've been paying it off every month, but it will drag on for another 3 years and I'm hoping that they will accept this as a full and final payment.
