anyone remember the last time this site did the tickets, christ what a shambles
think the server went down within seconds of opening and when you got your confirmation email you had to phone back to confirm it. lines were always engaged and it was total mayhem.

I managed to enter payment details and then it failed on the confirmation - saying no tickets have been held?

Number they give for the helpdesk just comes back with an error!

Any ideas?

I know some won't agree with me here, but these all seem to be standing tickets and I would bet good money on being able to pick these up in a month or 2 off ebay for way less than cost. This is a money saving site, after all.
