I have been employed by a security who are based in Darlington, since July 2013 working in Leeds.
On Friday 6th December I had a phone call informing me that the site contract had finished. So since then I have had no work from the company.
On Sunday 8th December I were due to be paid what I had worked in November and an extra 12 hours that I were owed from October. I were in contact with my supervisor John who then told me the accountant had messed up and I would be paid on 8th January. That has been and gone and I still haven't been paid. For the 12 hours in October, 252 hours in November and 48 hours in December this equates to 312 hours I am owed in total.
John is now not answering to my number or voice mails and isnt getting back to me.
He has also said it has gone to the company 'director' who is now dealing with it. Which I know for a fact the director is just a company employee who was asked to put his name on the company.
It would be brilliant if you could get back to me in what to do next

You should remove the name of your supervisor from your post, and possibly the company name as well!
Presumably you have a postal address for the company? You should write to them outlining what you are owed and request prompt payment. If they ignore you, you can take them to small claims court for the money.
Hopefully they're just disorganised/hoping you'll forget about it rather than having serious financial issues

That's good cheers. They haven't got any financial worries every other employee has been paid except from me and another colleague who hasn't had any work from the same time I haven't.
Would it be too early to get my solicitor involved ??0
