Except they are rubbish nappies, I don't rate them at all.

  • We tried them for the first time last week after moving from sainsburys and pampers. I've found them to be great, they're really soft and our lo wears one from 8pm - 7am with no leaks. Suppose it all depends on the shape of your child etc though.
    Thanks OP :)

  • Shame they don't do size 6 as I would have been buying some - had them before and thought they were good.

I am still missing Huggies though....nothing else compares and I will use anything before Pampers as I think they are awful.

I feel the same but found Aldi's own brand pretty good and they have just started doing size 6.

Ohhh that is good to know - I will go and get some size 6 from Aldi as I thought they were the next best after Huggies went. I moved onto Aldi's but then had to find something else once she hit size 6 :)
  • Thanks for the heads up. We've been using Pampers which have been great for our little one, but regrettably they are expensive. I did manage to bulk buy a load of smaller packs for £4 each (15 lots of size 4+ with 28 per pack, and 10 lots of size 5 with 27 per pack) when Pampers were winding down the 'old' sizes of their packets and got £20 off when I spent £100 too - this was with Superdrug.

As we are now coming to the end of the 4+ nappies, I am conscious that I need to buy some more at some point. Our daughter came out in a terrible nappy rash when we used Sainsbury's own (to the extent we were having to leave her with nothing on at all for hours at a time for the best part of a week).

I'm tempted to test the Aldi ones, but Tesco do regularly reduce these ones too and I wonder if now is a good time to trial them. Has anyone experienced any nappy rash issues with either or these brands?

Lidl nappies are good and some of the only ones that don't bring my DS out in a rash, he's just turned two, weighs 31lb and is in size 5s.
