Where's me Lego? :(

Won a brilliant comp with Mumsnet back in November...a big box of Lego...one of the best things i've won and definitely the best that year, was looking forward to giving it to my Lego mad kids! The email from Mumsnet saying i'd won was lovely, telling me if i hadn't heard from the organisers of the prize or received it, then i was to let them know. So a month later when i'd received nothing i emailed her and she got straight back to me after xmas saying she'd look into it. Have heard nothing since. Sounds like it's not Mumsnet who is at fault here but the organisers of the comp, offering a prize then not acting on it. I dont have their details of course and have already emailed Mumsnet...anyone any advice on what to do next? I hate to let such a good prize for the kids go...and i don't have that many wins :(

    I've been Money Tipped!
Another polite email back to the woman at Mumsnet asking if she had got anywhere with it yet would be the way I would go.

I agree with sidsnot - she has probably just forgotten about it over the Christmas / New Year period...
  • well i emailed Mumsnet lady yesterday and she replied straightaway saying she's been in touch with the PR agency organising the prize...apparently i am not the only one, there are others who have not received their prize either...she will contact me again if she hears anything.
