Nationwide FlexAccount - 'balance over time' graph broken

Hi
I have a Nationwide Flexaccount and there is (or was!) a very nice option where you could see graphs showing ingoings and outgoings over the last 15 months.
I logged in today and this is broken and 'balance over time' plot now doesn't work.
Is this broken for anyone else?
(they also seemed to have moved this and its now harder to find!)

I have the same problem. I have phoned three times & sent an email to Nationwide. They say they are aware of the problem and are working on it.
On the surface it seems to be a simple problem of data presentation on the website but seems to be taking a long time to solve. Makes you wonder how long it would take them to solve a real problem say with security, or indeed if they have staff experienced enough to cope with it.0 -
They will prioritise bug fixes by severity. Any good company does this. A broken graph for a current account is almost certainly one of their least important issues.0

Absolutely, I've had a FlexAccount since 1999 and it's been my main account for the last 10 years, and I didn't even know it had a graph facility, so its importance must be very low (mind you, all my data is in MS Money so I use the graphs there to show me one or more accounts as necessary).0 -
Nationwide have now given this a high priority but have been unable to find the root cause and so are unable to find a "Workaround".0

I never use this function but I have just checked my 5 Nationwide current accounts. They all do show the "balance over time graph". So either they fixed this today, or the problem is with the devices people use. May be some overzealous security settings, or some plugins that prohibit the display.0
