Roboform help please

Hello

I've just installed Roboform on a different laptop.

Every time I log into email (or anything that requires a password), a Roboform window pops up asking me for my master password too.

Can anyone tell me how to stop this please?

Which version of Roboform are you using Sunny Saver?

With Roboform Anywhere you can use on several devices but would need to sync

Try hovering over your Identity on Roboform toolbar then click on 'Edit'. When Identity box opens click on 'More' option in top RH corner - scroll down and select 'Unprotected'

It might not be the cause of your problem, but worth a go.

I'm running the latest version of roboform CornishP.

Comps alex: tried that before posting here so not that.

It appears to appear in Chrome, not IE.

CP: I've sorted out that issue. I had installed it on a new laptop but did not activate my existing membership or whatever you call it.

BUT THE !!!!!! has stopped working in Google Chrome with Windows 8. I get the message:

'cannot load roboform addon for google chrome (7.9.2.5)'. I've clicked on it in extensions, switched off laptop and restarted etc...

HELP!!!!
