Is anyone else having problems with Rafflecopter?

It keeps telling me to sign in..

I am signed into FaceBok and I am signed into Twitter, so what does it want me to sign into?

So I fill in my name and email address complete the comp and move on to the next one and it tells me to sign in again!!

Also when I click to Tweet the little box is not in the top left hand corner so I am unable to do retweets.

I have never had these problems before

Unfortunately I have these problems often.

For some reason unknown to me someday's the RC's just don't recognise me either & I have to sign in on every RC with my name & email address.

When I started posting the RC's they used to work like a dream, not anymore though in the last 3 months or so they have been all over the place.

You could wait a while & try again later which soemtimes works if you have time, otherwise it's entering name & email addy every time.

I think I found the problem Avast had put a security thingy (sorry I am not techie at all) on my Chrome page it was a little green circle on the top right of the page, when I closed that down every thing seems to be OK again.

It might be worth checking if you have the Avast Anti Virus on your computer

Drives me mad when things are added I did not ask for :mad:

Rafflecopter support team are very good at sorting out issues. Contact them via the link at the bottom of the widget. (When their page opens scroll to bottom to find the 'contact us' link.

I sometimes find the widget says 'log in' but if I hover over it, it changes to 'hi'

Yes I have Avast but when they updated it a while ago it asked me if I wanted to add it to my computer I ticked no so it's not that.

If I contacted them every time I had a problem with it I would be on there all day :rotfl:

This morning I'm being logged in but they just spin not loading for ages
