Yes, you should be informed if any application is made to lift a stay.

Not sure if it is a deliberate ploy against BRs, or where this is just gross incompetence in their administration in letting a claim covered by a bankruptcy order go ahead?

another question...if the claim is stayed , and Drydens apply to a Judge at some later date [when they think I'm not looking?] to lift the stay.....will the Judge be appraised of my defence via the Court offices? [ie will the Judge have access to all the paperwork associated with the stayed claim & defence?]

An update.....just received a letter from Arrow Global, informing me of the discontinuance of their claim, with notice attached! [now, there's a surprise?]

The small print ends with the statement...''this matter is now at an end''......

Which statement is immediately followed, in bold print, by the message, to telephone their number below to make arrangements to pay your debt.....


SO..as I read their cheeky, if somewhat harassing letter, they admit they have no claim, yet, they still want me to pay the debt....even though they know it is included in a BR.....!!!

I will check my credit files, see if they've mis-dated the defaults...which they may have deliberately done?

And I may yet follow Fermi's advice, to still inform the FOS, etc etc, as this letter still contains harassing demands.
