Thanks sheils, I thought I knew Scotland pretty well but I had not heard of Kirkcudbrightshire:eek: but I definitely know where Dumfries is

I think I'm also a victim to moving the boundaries, my postcode is a Durham postcode, my address is Tyne & Wear but I pay my council tax to Sunderland Council, which is Wearside on your list........so seeing as Wearside hasn't turned red and I'm a huge SAFC supporter I'm happy for you to mark it off
