Suggestions on how to save on regularly bought items

Hi
I usually buy my groceries in Sainsburys, or Iceland, and have just been buying regular size items. Until recently I have always bought Lenor at the best price in the supermarket, then I saw that The Original Factory Shop and BM Homestores sell a 5 litre pack at £6, this is much better value so I stock up there now. This got me thinking, is there anything else I regularly buy that I could save money on my buying elsewhere / larger packs? Any suggestions gratefully appreciated.
I do stock up on large packs of Aerial washing powder when on offer for £10, but they are now smaller packs than they used to be for £10 (in Sainsburys)
My neighbour buys dry dog food from Amazon and said it works out cheaper. I buy cat food every week but try to get it on offer but that is not always possible.

Do you have a Wilkinsons nearby? They often have good offers on cleaning products and pet food.0

We bought a spare freezer which we have in the garage and so when we get good value on something we like we can stock up. Especially good for yellow sticker shopping like the other night when I got some Hovis loaves for 5p each.0

I buy dry cat food from either aldi or home bargains, they sell 950g for about a quid. I buy solid shampoo, lasts longer than the liquid kind, got my last bar from ebay, you can also get it on amazon. I use eco balls instead of washing up powder, theres no detergent smell and that can take a bit of time to get used to, but works out about 3p a wash I think, I got some for my mum and hers lasted about ten years with a few refills.
Superdrugs own brand toiletries are very good value, I use a brand of conditioner from there called this one and its half price at the moment, best product Ive used in a while.
Home bargains also do the astonish range of cleaning products for about 89p.
I also shop in poundworld a lot, its a very decent shop, B and M bargains as well.0 -

Good idea, I often see yellow sticker stuff but dont have room in the freezer, might consider doing that0 -

Im off to B & M on Monday after work, I found Loreal Youth Code moisturiser there for 5.99 which is the cheapest I have found it. I will have to see what other bargains I can find there. I have to travel 15 miles to get to the nearest B & M, we only have Sainsburys, Waitrose and Marks & Spencers in my local town. Although we do have a Superdrug and Original Factory Shop so can we get some good deals there.

We got a small one in the sale last year at £59.99 and it's paid itself back and more with the money we have saved.0 -

Makro but you have to be aware of supermarket prices. I find Ariel liquid and Lenor softener are cheaper per wash even when not on offer but regularly come round that makes them dirt cheap, ditto Finish tablets.
Plenty and Cushelle when on offer are usually good, provided Tesco and Asda aren't running promotions at same time.
Crisps and drinks you have to be very careful on, sugar is stupidly expensive for example.
