Locum Working

in Cutting tax
I currently work for the NHS as a Biomedical Scientist but have decided to give locum working a try. I have joined two locum agencies and will be starting placements for them in mid February. Plaese can anyone advise me as to the best way to set up getting my payments as to maximise my NET salary. There seems to be endless online Umbrella companies and Limited Company accountancy firms. It all seems quite overwhelming, I just wondered if anyone could recommend the best and most cost efficient way to go about it.
Many thanks

There are quite a few recent threads on the go on this subject already. Much depends on the contract terms and also value of expected profit before tax in year 1.Hideous Muddles from Right Charlies0
