He works in a shift-based care business so staff cover is essential, they are also imposing limitiations on how many and what types of staff members can be off at the same time. I can envisage a scrap over booking leave in school holidays in the near future! Collective cooperation would be lovely ;-)Trying to jump back onto the moneysaving wagon .... :cool:0

The reason may be to spread the holidays throughout the year more.
As above check they have the full time equivalents to do this.0
