thought I would be cheeky and asked if they would send me some samples of washing powder (they own Bold, ariel etc) and they sent me a letter saying 'sorry - we dont do samples but here is a £5 voucher'

very chuffed as I have been using sainsburys own cheap but nice stuff so will treat myself i think!!!

I emailed them last weekend and got this reply. Asked for dishwasher samples as we got our 1st dishwasher

I am sorry but we have no samples available, however I have sent you some information
along with a voucher to put towards a purchase.
