Hi,
I've used my supermarket (fab) and got cashback for the first time. I don't have a scanner. I used Tescos and I can't find a delivery receipt - just what I ordered in my orders. Anyone know how I can claim?
Thanks
ZC

Do you use the site and get an online delivery? I just used it to see whee my shop is cheaper then go into the store. May consider online shopping if I can get cash back.0

I did it online and got about £2 cashback for a £70 shop. I'm yet to see the cashback yet though! It sent my basket to Tesco so I still got all my clubcard points etc.0

it takes about a month or so until they send you the cashback0

Last year I was getting huge amounts of cashback via mysupermarket, they paid within 48 hours usually. Some weeks I had to call them to verify myself as they said I went over the usual cashback limit so it sounded alarm bells. Once they were happy I was a individual just doing my weekly shopping they endeavoured to get my cashback paid immediately. I had to send them every weeks receipt to make sure I was actually getting the products I had ordered via mysupermarket and not just amassing cashback there then deleting all products on the telco/asda/waitrose sites.
Cashback is never good anymore, seem to have stumbled. Last year I was getting £7-9 a week now I'm lucky if I get 50p.
When you shop online you dont need to do anything for your cashback to be paid. Make sure your paypal address is set up in the account settings section on the website, as this is what they pay you with. Do your shop as usual on the site, then checkout (click through) to your supermarket. Once you have paid and had the shopping delivered they will pay out your cashback. You can see how much you've earned or been paid at any time via the account section. If your shopping instore you can upload your receipt, then cashback will be paid. Provided you clicked through properly you wont need to do anything, you may require email copies of your receipt if your earning a high level of cashback (usually over £5 a week for a total of 3 weeks or more, they will email you to verify your purchase)The Year Of DreamsBig Love To All Comp Sharers
