Has anyone heard of the Step Ahead 50+ scheme or have any information on it. I have been told that it is run by the Job Centre. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

First I've heard of it.
Being 50+ myself, if they can provide a period of temporary employment lasting a minimum of 26 weeks for those unemployed 12 months+ I'm all for it.
Sounds promising but we shall see
