Hi All,
Does anyone know of any good recruitment websites where you apply for jobs directly to the employer and not through an agency? Even on sites like Reed, with the option to return only jobs that were posted directly by the employer, there are still quite a few jobs that have been posted by an agency returned.
I work in IT, and I would prefer a website where I could just apply for jobs, rather than posting my CV, as I would rather my current employers not know that I am looking for a new job.

Cwjobs is very good. Many of the adverts on there are direct links to the company website. Although of course not all are.
