I've phoned them and emailled them but had no joy. I have a feeling I might have to take this prize off of my total

Well, I contacted them last week and they said if it wasn't here by the end of next week (which is today) to contact them again. The phone lines open at 10am so I will ring then. I'll name drop Trading Standards too.

It arrived on saturday :j:j . It's a really good 10MP camera and I'm really pleased with it. It took a weeks worth of phonecalls and a namedrop of Trading Standards to get them to finally cough up though.
